Republic of Ireland (2-5 working days)
We use ecoEpress for all domestic shipping. They deliver Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of €6.50. Free delivery is available on orders above €30 or with a valid coupon code. A signature will generally be required to confirm receipt of delivery.
After we have processed your order, you will receive an Order Completed email with a tracking number from ecoEpress. When your order has been delivered to ecoEpress you will see an Origin Scan on your ecoEpress tracking page. Your order should be delivered within 1-3 working days of seeing that message. If your order takes longer than 5 days, use the message box on the Contact Us page to let us know and please include the order number. Please note that deliveries may take longer than recommended. We will only issue a refund if your order is delayed by more than 30 days.
Not Received Your Order?
After we have completed your order, you will receive an Order Complete email. If you have not received your order 1-5 days after this email, please use the ecoEpress tracking. If a parcel is tracked and states that it has been delivered or signed for, please check the signature of the recipient and then your neighbours. Very often a parcel that has been delivered and not received has been left with neighbours. If your parcel is down as signed or delivered we will not replace the parcel in question unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Wrong Address Information
Your shipping address is automatically uploaded onto shipping labels and is NOT responsible for correcting shipping information. If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order. If your order has been delivered to a wrong address and we did not receive notice of an address change, we will not refund the order.
Canceling your Order
If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has been dispatched then you must return the item to us in order to get a refund.
Returning an item
If you have already received the goods but wish to cancel your order, you will need to make the return within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods. Any goods that have been opened will not be credited
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.
To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation, e.g. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
Guarantees & Warranties
Whilst Cork Candy Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers.
Terms & Conditions
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Ireland and both you and Cork Candy Company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
